I did not step into leadership fully trained. Most leaders don’t.

I was given responsibility before I was given structure. I learned through pressure, mistakes, long conversations, and hard-earned clarity. I experienced what it feels like to lead without a roadmap, to carry expectations without clear development.

That experience shaped me.

I saw firsthand how capable leaders plateau not because they lack drive, but because they lack coaching. I saw how growth stalls when leadership is reactive instead of intentional. And I realized something simple but powerful:

No one should have to figure out leadership alone.

EYS was built from that conviction.

I believe leaders deserve more than trial and error. They deserve clarity. They deserve honest feedback. They deserve a structured path for growth.

As a strengths-based coach, I help leaders understand who they are at their best and where they can grow with intention. Because when leaders gain clarity, they stop guessing. When they stop guessing, they lead with confidence. And when they lead with confidence, others trust them.

My role is not to impress you. It is to help you grow in ways that last.


Why EYS Exists

Leadership is demanding. Not because people lack capability, but because they lack consistent structure, honest reflection, and steady guidance.

I started EYS after seeing capable leaders carry more than they should alone. High performers promoted without preparation. Teams working hard but pulling in different directions. Potential that plateaued simply because no one slowed down long enough to coach it.

Leadership should not feel isolating. Growth should not be accidental.

EYS was built on a simple belief: development must be both motivational and sustained. Inspiration without structure fades. Structure without belief becomes mechanical. Lasting leadership requires both.

My Approach

As a certified CliftonStrengths coach and director level leader, my work blends real leadership experience with structured development practices.

My approach is inspiring and sustained. Leaders leave conversations encouraged and strengthened, but also equipped with practical clarity they can apply immediately. Inspiration creates momentum. Intentional development builds lasting growth.
