But here’s the hard truth I learned: perfection doesn’t inspire trust — it creates distance.
Your team already knows you’re human. They see when you’re stressed, uncertain, or make mistakes. Pretending otherwise doesn’t build credibility. It builds walls. And walls keep people out.
